Elena Budagaschwili

Recruiting Expert, Career Coach, Educator

I support professionals and managers at different stages of their careers — from graduates and people who are new to Switzerland and want to understand the local job market, to experienced professionals who are looking to reposition themselves or explore new career opportunities under changing circumstances.

With many years of experience in education, finance, sales and logistics, as well as external recruiting, I combine a strong understanding of people with practical knowledge of the Swiss job market and its expectations.

My work is centred around you — your goals, questions, strengths and uncertainties. My role is to provide orientation, create clarity and support you professionally in making informed career decisions and defining your next steps.

Why this matters especially in Switzerland

The Swiss job market has its own unique dynamics. Even experienced professionals often struggle with:

  • Self-doubt
  • Uncertainty about what employers expect
  • Difficulties writing CVs and cover letters
  • Challenges in negotiating salary
  • Feeling like they don’t “fit” into the corporate culture

We understand this — we work with such cases every day. In our consultations, we combine market insight, recruiting experience, and a human-centered approach — so you can feel confident and professional in a new environment.

Real stories from our clients

Quote
Julia, Research Specialist, Zurich
I was really nervous before my interview in English — my inner critic wouldn’t let me focus. We had two training sessions: one without preparation, and one where we reviewed my answers. Thanks to the consultation, I felt confident and passed the interview successfully. Two days later, I got the offer.
Maria, Doctor, Zurich
I’m a medical doctor. I moved to Switzerland to join my husband and had no idea where to start. The consultation helped me understand the language requirements, how to validate my diploma, and which employment paths were available. It gave me clarity and confidence.
Alena, Business Assistant, Zug
I landed my first job in Switzerland, but over time I felt stuck and couldn’t see any growth opportunities. In our consultation, we explored internal communication and how to present myself and my work. Now I feel seen and appreciated — I was promoted and received a raise. I ultimately chose to stay with my company.
Julia, Lawyer, Zurich
I’m a lawyer, but my education and experience are from another country. In the consultation, we analyzed my situation and figured out which courses I needed to take to improve my chances of landing a job aligned with my background. Now I’m working and using my knowledge and experience — I’m truly happy. Thank you, Mevelin.

How the consultation works — step by step

1. Introductory call (20 minutes, free of charge)

Online. We’ll get to know each other and discuss your situation. Before the call, you’ll receive a short questionnaire (3 questions) to help us understand your goals.
This meeting is non-binding — it’s simply a way to explore whether we can help in your specific case.

2. Consultation or a series of sessions

Usually 1 to 2 sessions, each up to 1.5 hours. Between sessions, we offer support via WhatsApp or Telegram. The format depends entirely on your goals.

3. After the consultation

You’ll receive personalized recommendations, materials, and templates — everything you need to move forward and keep using afterward.

What does it cost?

PackageBest forPrice
1 session (1.5 hours)CV & cover letter, job search strategy, AI usage210 CHF
2 sessionsIn-depth interview preparation, vacancy analysis390 CHF

You can start with one session and switch to a package later — we’ll adjust the price as if you had chosen the package from the start.

Why now is the right time?

The Swiss job market is highly competitive. Mistakes in your CV, lack of interview confidence, or missing local context can reduce your chances. A consultation helps you not just “polish your résumé” — but build a strategy and feel confident moving forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t have a clear goal yet. Should I still book a session?

Yes — that’s a very common situation. In the intro call, we’ll help you clarify your goals and identify where to start. Sometimes a single conversation is enough to see the way forward.

Who This Service Is Not Suitable For?

This service is not suitable for individuals who:

  • expect general, non-committal advice without implementation
  • are only looking for quick, superficial tips
  • are not willing to actively reflect on their situation
  • expect a detailed career consultation free of charge
  • are not ready to define clear professional goals or direction

My work is focused on structured, individual solutions. This requires active participation and a willingness to invest in your own professional development.

I feel stressed and insecure after moving. Do you support that too?

Yes — as long as it’s connected to your professional life. We know that relocating impacts not only your career but also your self-esteem. In our consultations, we also address the emotional side: anxiety, fears, and reduced confidence.

I’m not living in Switzerland yet, just planning to move. Is this for me?

Yes. We work online and support clients who are still preparing to move. You’ll gain clarity and know how to adapt your steps even before arriving.

I’ve tried other career consultants before and it didn’t help. What makes you different?

That’s exactly why we offer a free intro call — so you can see if our approach works for you. We don’t use templates or one-size-fits-all advice. We work with your unique context and goals. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you honestly.
